First let me say this is a real review. I have to first start by saying that the 2 iPad cases are really really nice. I was really impressed by the craftsmanship and the sturdiness of the cases very well made. I most definitely will be ordering again. And let me add that the staff is great as well. If I had questions they would always answer them. Great customer service skills. Thumbs up

I also ordered an iPad case, which was too small. I received a second one free of charge, but they are both the same size, so I cannot use the iPad case even after receiving it a second time.

After reaching out many times, it was agreed that my shipment was lost in transit. Emailing with customer service was easy and received responses to my concern. A replacement shipment was made - however I did not receive the replacement and it appears lost now too?
