Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  support@trendhypecase.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at  support@trendhypecase.com.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at  support@trendhypecase.com with your order number and details of the exchange request. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@trendhypecase.com so that we can resolve the issue for you promptly.
